Customer Service Pertaining to Phone Updates Android.

How to help client's after a major phone operating system update. Even after supplying correct information to a customer about a phone update, sometimes they still aren't satisfied that their phone has changed or a perceived change has taken place. I let them know that android updates to improve device security, stability and can't be avoided. Its part of the android ecosystem.  "I'm switching to another brand" Response: I explain to them all smart phones will get system updates with changes they don't necessarily like or need. Inform the customer of in-store brand support, phone brand support and brand warranty support. Provide brand support contact information and assist with brand support.  Do not give customer's the run around, take ownership of the situation and fix the problem as if it were your own.   I'd like to say 95% of people leave happy after someone takes the time to explain what happened to their phone

Is Samsung's Tizen TV operating system a TITAN? Samsung has introduced Tizen operating system to its Flagship Smart TV's for 2015. Tizen had been previously released on the Gear "gen one" smart watch and following models of Gear series smart watches.  Tizen: Personal Perspective Introduction. I had experience using Android Jellybean on my Gear smartwatch.The android operating system had its issues. It was later updated to Tizen, the Gear smartwatch and I had parted ways before I was able to experience it on the Gear "gen one". I liked the idea of a smart watch. I gave it another try when the Gear 2 was released running Samsung's updated wearable operating system Tizen. I was impressed.  Tizen: The battery saver. The Gear 2 has a 300 mah battery.
